Is my payment secure?

What happens if I log out?

On 6-Month plans, logging out is not recommended as these are managed sessions. On 1-Year plans, you can log in and out freely on authorized devices.

Do you support 4K streaming?

Absolutely. All our premium accounts are Ultra-HD (4K) enabled, supporting HDR and Dolby Vision on compatible Smart TVs and devices.

What is the refund policy?

Since these are digital goods, we offer replacements instead of refunds. If your account stops working, our 24/7 support will fix it or give you a new one instantly.
